Step 1: If you have Microsoft Office Suit installed on your system, enter OneNote in the Windows search box.

The Microsoft Sign-in window opens to proceed with the new account creation step and create a new notebook. You must provide your email, phone, or Skype ID here and click Next. After that, enter the password and click done to complete the action.

Step 3: Click the Add section option at the bottom of the screen to create a new section.

Next, we shall see the newly created section tab below the existing section, which we can rename as depicted below. Also, we can right-click the tab to view the various options to manage the specific section, such as renaming, deleting, changing its color, moving or copying, and pinning it.

The newly created section will, by default, show an untitled page.

Step 4: Click the Add page option at the bottom of the window to create a new page in the current section.

We shall see the newly created page tab below the default page in the active section.

Step 5: Right-click the page we aim to rename, and click the Rename Page option from the popup menu.

Next, rename the page to fit our requirements.

Furthermore, the popup menu has a few more options to manage the pages, such as renaming, deleting, moving, copying, copying the link to the page, and pinning it.

Alternatively, we can enter the required page name at the top in the work area of the specific page.

Step 6: We can enter the content on a page and format the content using the tools as depicted below.

Here, we type the MoM of a meeting.

Next, we press Enter to move to the following line and choose the bullet option from the Home tab.

We update the bullet points.

Next, we use the Bold option in the Home tab to make specific text bold.

After that, we can select the first bullet point and highlight it using the Highlight option in the Home tab.

Next, click the Insert tab to access the Table option.

We see a set of boxes from which we can choose the required number of boxes to create a table in the current page.

Now, we can update the table according to the requirements.

Next, we will enter a hyperlink in the sheet, for which we shall use the Link option in the Insert tab.

The Text to display window opens, where we update the link details.

Click Insert to view the link on the active page.
